Counter-UAS deployments (IDJMS) operating in regulated airspace are designed to integrate with cryptographically auditable governance trails (SPGI, CIVACE™). Defense systems aligned with EU AI Act and US federal procurement standards typically require governance instrumentation of this kind.
Orchestration + Operating
AI pipeline orchestration (CIVORAI) is operationalized through the sovereign-AI runtime (AIBOS™). Without an operating layer, orchestration produces decisions; with it, those decisions are positioned to become auditable, jurisdictionally compliant sovereign actions.
