CIVITERA GovTech Inc. today disclosed its multi-wave intellectual-property expansion roadmap, structuring the build-out of the CIVITERA™ estate across three filing waves through 2028 and beyond.
2026 Founding Wave (Complete)
The Founding Wave establishes the core filings spanning Layers 02 through 05 of the Sovereign Intelligence Stack:
- CIVITERA™ IDJMS: Counter-UAS Defense (Non-Provisional, Patent Pending at USPTO)
- CIVITERA™ AEGIS-AI: Transport Protection (CIP, Patent Pending at USPTO)
- CIVITERA™ CIVORAI: AI Orchestration (Provisional, Patent Pending at USPTO)
- CIVITERA™ SPGI: Cross-Sovereign Governance (Provisional)
- CIVITERA™ CIVACE™: AI Execution Governance (Provisional)
- CIVITERA™ AIBOS™: Sovereign AI OS (Provisional)
The CIVITERA™ trademark application is pending examination at the USPTO under Serial No. 99723160.
2027 Identity & Control Wave
The 2027 wave will expand Layer 06 of the Sovereign Intelligence Stack with sovereign identity systems, AI control layers, continuation-in-part strategies for the Founding Wave filings, PCT and foreign filing programs, and initial licensing engagement protocols.
2028+ Infrastructure Wave
The Infrastructure Wave extends the estate into autonomous infrastructure platforms, human-AI governance systems, future CIVITERA™ families, strategic partnership expansion, and estate-compounding maturity protocols.
