CIVITERA™ launches sovereign-AI intellectual-property platform.

CIVITERA GovTech Inc. publicly launches its sovereign-AI intellectual-property platform at civitera.ai, presenting the crown estate, licensing models, and engagement pathways.

CIVITERA GovTech Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation operating as a pure intellectual-property licensing entity, today launched its public platform at civitera.ai. The platform presents the CIVITERA™ Sovereign Intelligence Stack, a six-layer patent architecture covering defense, governance, orchestration, operating, and identity layers of sovereign-AI infrastructure.

The launch represents the first public articulation of the CIVITERA estate. The platform includes a dedicated Architecture page presenting the six-layer stack with per-layer use cases, a Portfolio page enumerating the six crown filings, a Licensing page detailing five licensing structures, and a Verification Room providing direct USPTO public-record links for independent verification by counterparties.

Platform scope

The platform is designed for engagement by qualified counterparties: sovereign governments, defense primes, critical-infrastructure operators, enterprise AI deployers, and sovereign cloud providers. The full claim sets for each crown filing are available to qualified licensing counterparties under non-disclosure agreement; provisional filing serial numbers are disclosed under NDA per standard USPTO practice.

The Verification Room provides direct links to USPTO Patent Center records, the USPTO Trademark Status & Document Retrieval (TSDR) system, and the Delaware Division of Corporations entity search, enabling independent verification of all filings, the registered trademark application, and the corporate entity status.
