CIVITERA™IDJMS

Intelligent Detection, Jamming & Mitigation System, a defense-grade architecture for detecting, identifying, and neutralizing unauthorized aerial threats in protected airspace.

Abstract

IDJMS is an autonomous counter-unmanned-aerial-system (counter-UAS) architecture engineered to protect critical infrastructure, sensitive sites, and sovereign airspace from unauthorized drones and autonomous aerial threats. The system unifies multi-sensor detection, threat identification, and graduated mitigation into a single intelligent decision layer.

Rather than treating detection and response as separate products, IDJMS frames the full threat lifecycle, sense, classify, decide, mitigate, as one governed, auditable pipeline suitable for regulated and defense environments.

System Architecture

The invention organizes counter-UAS operations into coordinated functional layers, each independently claimable and licensable:

01 · Sense

Multi-Sensor Detection

Fusion of heterogeneous sensor inputs into a unified airspace picture for early threat acquisition.

02 · Classify

Threat Identification

Intelligent discrimination of authorized vs. hostile aerial objects, reducing false positives.

03 · Decide

Governed Decision Layer

An auditable decision engine applying rules-of-engagement and escalation policy under constraint.

04 · Mitigate

Graduated Response

Proportionate mitigation pathways from passive tracking to active neutralization.

Claim Coverage

I.

A method for unified detection, identification, and mitigation of unauthorized aerial systems across a governed decision pipeline.

II.

A multi-sensor fusion architecture producing a unified airspace threat picture for autonomous classification.

III.

An auditable rules-of-engagement decision layer governing graduated mitigation response.

Full claim set available to qualified licensing partners under NDA.

Strategic Position

Counter-UAS is among the fastest-growing segments in national security and critical-infrastructure protection. IDJMS positions CIVITERA at the core decision-layer of this market, the governed pipeline that any compliant counter-UAS deployment must implement, making it a high-leverage licensing asset for defense primes, infrastructure operators, and sovereign agencies.
