What we collect

This website does not require registration and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking. Information reaches us in two ways:

  • Information you send us. When you contact us by email or through a form that opens your mail client, we receive whatever you choose to include: typically your name, email address, organisation, and the content of your message.
  • Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server and delivery information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps, for security and reliability purposes.
Forms on this site open your own email client. They do not transmit form data to a CIVITERA server. Your message is sent from your own email account, under your own email provider's terms.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential licensing or partnership interest, meet legal and export-control obligations, and maintain the security of the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for behavioural advertising.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests (responding to business inquiries, securing our systems), consent (where you volunteer information), and legal obligation (compliance and record-keeping).

Retention

Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose it was provided and to satisfy legal, regulatory, and intellectual-property record-keeping obligations. Server logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard schedule.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who host or deliver this site, with professional advisers such as patent counsel where relevant to your inquiry, and where required by law or export-control obligations.

International transfers

CIVITERA is incorporated in Delaware, United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@civitera.ai. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for delivery and security by our hosting provider.

Children

This site is directed to businesses and institutions and is not intended for children.
